cacao is grown organically on Akesson Estate that makes up one part of the 2000 hectares in nothwest Madagascar's Sambirano valley. This bean yields one of the world's most vibrant single origin chocolates. What sets Bejofo apart is its signature lively, bright acidity, a refreshing tartness that dances across the palate as the beautiful result of nature and careful craft.
We roast our beans to bring out citrus and raspberry flavors.
