Every bar begins with carefully selected single origin cacao beans from around the world. We hand-sort, roast, crack, winnow, grind, and conch each small batch, then temper the chocolate on a marble slab and hand-pour the bars. Our pure single origin bars are 70% cacao, made with just: premium cacao beans, organic whole cane sugar, and organic cocoa butter. This meticulous process unlocks the natural, nuanced flavors unique to each origin, much like terroir in fine wine honoring the subtle notes that nature provides.
