Returned & Refund Policy

We craft every bar in Tennessee and currently sell only within the state. If your order arrives damaged, melted, or isn't what you expected, contact us within seven days of delivery at osochocolateco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns:

Because chocolate is perishable, we can't accept returns for taste preference once opened.

Refunds:

Unopened bars in original packaging may be returned within fourteen days for a full refund, minus shipping. If chocolate melts due to a shipping delay on our end, we'll handle it case by case.

Replacements & Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for chocolate items due to their perishable nature. If your chocolate arrives melted or damaged, we will gladly send a replacement as quickly as possible. Since we make everything in small batches, there may be a short wait while we prepare your new order. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
