Shipping Policy

We are a small-batch, single-origin chocolate maker operating under Tennessee’s Cottage Food License. Because of this, we are currently only able to ship our chocolates within the state of Tennessee.

This restriction allows us to stay compliant with state food safety regulations while keeping our small business running from our cottage kitchen. We truly appreciate your understanding and support of our local, small-batch operation!

SHIPPING DETAILS

Ships only to addresses within Tennessee
Orders are carefully packaged and shipped via USPS (or other)
Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days within TN

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING

From Monday through 12 noon E.T on Wednesday, standard shipping orders will ship within 48 hours. Orders placed after 12 p.m. E.T on Wednesday will ship the following Monday. During warm weather, we will pack your chocolate with ice and insulated packaging at no additional cost to prevent melting.

SHIPMENTS RETURNED DUE TO WRONG ADDRESSES

We strongly encourage our beloved customers to double-check their shipping details. Make sure that your shipping address is entered correctly, including any suite or apartment numbers.

No Responsibility for Lost Packages: We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

EXCHANGES OR REPLACEMENTS

We do not offer exchanges for chocolate items due to their perishable nature. If your chocolate arrives melted or damaged, we will gladly send a replacement as quickly as possible. Since we make everything in small batches, there may be a short wait while we prepare your new order. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
