No-Melt Guarantee
We want you to enjoy your chocolate in perfect condition. During warmer months, we carefully monitor the weather in your area and pack every order with ice packs and extra insulation. If temperatures are extremely high, we may hold your shipment until conditions improve.
If your chocolate arrives melted or damaged, please contact us right away. We’ll happily replace it with the same or a similar item at no extra cost.
Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Returns:
Because our chocolates are fresh, small-batch, and perishable, we are unable to accept returns on chocolate products. However, we are always happy to help resolve any issues with your order.

Refunds Refunds:
are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be issued as store credit, or back to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
Replacements & Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for chocolate items due to their perishable nature. If your chocolate arrives melted or damaged, we will gladly send a replacement as quickly as possible. Since we make everything in small batches, there may be a short wait while we prepare your new order. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
